What style were you making and why don’t you like it?
It was a Mexican lager. Made a 2L starter, pitched half of the at 95 and had it in my fermenting chamber with it turned off. After 2 days it stopped bubbling. I pulled a sample and it was about half way fermenting. I assumed it was too cool. I threw a heater in the chamber and ran it at 100 degrees for a few days. It finished up but has a strong ester to it. I’m assuming I stressed the yeast out. It was OSLO from Bootleg.

You’d be the first I heard of someone stressing out Oslo. It’s honeslty cleaner the hotter you ferment it, from my experience.
