What about you, Jim? Eventful night?

Not sure yet what I'll get into tonight. Pretty beat from this workweek so I may just chill. The weather this weekend is going to be great so beach/day drinking and general debauchery is definitely in store for tomorrow.

Nbd- Holy City Overly Friendly IPA.

Thanks Jimmy. In case you're wondering about me, I'm getting Mexican takeout for my daughters.

Oh, Fbd was a Wiseacre Holy Candy. Tetu'd. Terrible beer.

Another STARS IPA.

I was listening to a podcast on the Brewery Network today, and both of the hosts said they did the same thing you did, and one talked about how it didn't mix with the beer and he siphoned off the beer from the StarSan

Intense research will be required.

Agree about the G'Knight. For some reason, though, while I've enjoyed it on draft, I have yet to grab a 4-pack in the cooler. Not sure what my problem is.

that's awesome. I'm sure you saw my picture, but we were in awe of the separation of beer and cloudy starsan at the top. I read other boards stating that, but didn't quite believe it.

Btw, what podcast? Any you suggest for a couple of mavens/relatively new extract Brewers

Gots to pour slow. Definitely some yeast/hop matter at the bottom of that bottle. Authentically off-putting, but no flavor change.

Dr. Homebrew is the one where they talked about that I think. They generally take 2-3 homebrews that are submitted and judge them. It's pretty nice to listen to them talk about problems with homebrews, the cause, and how to correct it

The Session is another good one, they basically sit around and drink and have a guest or two they interview, usually profiling a brewery or event.

I listened to all of the Sour Hour podcasts recently and loved them. tons of great info about making sours and about commercially available sours.

Search Brewing Network and they should all pop up

another is Basic Brewing Radio. Lots of good info there too.
