I'm thinking so as well... I'll probably try with caution.
We're done with all the FEMA crap... It was actually fairly painless and they did better than I thought they would. Working on quotes for the rebuild now.

ETA: My work cafeteria only has 2 beers on tap right now. One is a pretty good IPA - Citrus Mistress by Hop Valley. The other is a red ale that isn't very good. The rest of my choices are a mediocre selection of bottles.

we had to gut everything 4 feet and below so it'll mostly just been interior. I have to redo a little bit of exterior siding as well but it's small potatoes compared to the interior
