I've only had the Good People Brown and the regualar IPA.

Snake Handler is legit. It even held up after the Heady.
Hitchhiker is pretty nice, too...
I won't judge the FH 51. I couldn't expect it to stand up to all those IPAs...

The F51 is a very good pale ale, but you are right, not a good follow-up for Snake Handler and Heady.

Since Good People is from somewhere in Alabama, I am naturally assuming that Fairhope is from Fairhope, Alabama. Correct?

My Dad and I got pretty rowdy on some Snake Handler last fall. Some really good stuff.

Get some Straight to Ale Monkeynaut if you get a chance. Another solid IPA from Alabama. Not a double IPA like Snakehandler though.
