Thanks but no human kids, just six cats and a definitely dear deermouse.

A deermouse in the hand is worth more than you can imagine. They can live eight years when not being snake or owl food. We rescued this one as a wee lass from a beautiful CA mountain king. Eyes weren't open yet and she was running for her tiny life down the trail.

My pleasure Ro. Tigressa is my sister-in-law, BTW.

Back home from visiting family in Lafayette--mowed the yard and FBD on the back porch is a Founders All Day IPA from the BXN. Thanks borrelia!

PSA: The Parish Farmhouse IPA is a fantastic pairing with boiled shrimp. You've got the spicyness of the beer working with the Cajun seasoning, as well as the hoppy citrus playing with the lemon flavors absorbed by the food. Light bodied enough not to overwhelm the delicate nature of the shrimp or bring you down on a warm day.

Really light and refreshing. Very easy drinker, and at 4.8 it's very sessionable. Just enough spice.

Would drink again, which is nice considering I have 3 more

2BD is a Parish Envie. Nice, easy-drinking brew.
