FBD is a Gritty McDuff's Maine's Best IPA.

I've only had one other IPA from Maine, but know the title of this one to be false. Pretty average beer.

Just tried one of these parade ground porters. Nothing special but not bad.

Agreed. It is the best thing that Tin Roof has released and shows that they are trying.

C'mon guys post some food pics. I know I'm not the only one having some beers and cooking tonight. I didn't feel like cranking up the grill so I did the convection oven for baby back ribs with a dry rub. Cooked to 155 degrees and a side of homefries. Anchor Xmas Ale. Pretty tasty

I stopped buying the stock of Endeavor on the shelves for a while because it was so old. Matherne's just restocked with bottles dated 12/03/12 so it is back in my rotation.

goddamn I want some of those ribs

SBD: Ranger Creek Small Batch Series No. 1 (oak aged rye OPA)

I imagine this was better fresh (bottled in April), but still a decent beer. It just got lost behind all my bombers in my beer cabinet.

I'm from Memphis, and there was a time when I'd certainly frown upon ribs in the oven. But over time I've broken down and done it myself. And those look pretty damn fine.

I'm doing burgers in just a bit. I'll brave the cold because my wife requested them and she brought me a six pack of Hop Project from Jackson.

So SBD and TBD are Hop Projects. So good. Maybe my favorite beer right now.
