I hear that one peaks at around 9 months.
But that's just random internet jabronis talking. I still have two, I think. Guess I missed the sweet spot. Then again, I had one with two years of age on draft and thought it was insanely good. Meh.

I really do appreciate all the kind words. Some of you I've had the pleasure of meeting, some of you I have not (but I look forward to that day!). I think it's a testament to the community. We come for the beer, and, realistically, we stay for the beer, but in the process we form quality social connections. Thanks for the suggestion, but unfortunately I'm in Carlsbad, NM. Not Albuquerque.
The three options for LaCumbre Elevated in all of Eddy County are Albertson's and two restaurants, Yellow Brix and Lucky Bull.
