Yes. About 6 blocks away. I'm going to try to find out what the tap list looks like. If it's not to MY satisfaction, I'm going to hound the owner until they fix it, dammit. I will volunteer to mule kegs in from the breweries. Whatever it takes.
Given that, it's hard to have 22 taps in Portland and be bad. The only way to do that is to go the BMC route, which I know he won't do. I told the owner that he has to have good beer if he's going to call him self a "Public House". The owner is not a maven. He says his bar manager is. They will get beers from good breweries. The question is, will they get the best beers from those good breweries?

Interesting juxtaposition of terms. I'd propose that “cruise" and “Livingston Parish" are words that are actually commonly found together.
