I buy the smallest I can find at Costco. The last 2 have been about 13 pounds. Costco's Prime brisket is only $2.99 a pound, although it does have a lot of fat that needs trimming.

FBD is a pour of Blanton's at the White Shed. Nothing like dirt floors and a good old fashioned potbelly stove to keep you toasty...

SBD is long, bright, and dark. It's old and the coffee has mellowed out a bit but it's still good.
