I'm with you Ham. I love Sweetwater IPA as a session ale.

anyone had these? I recently picked them up

I picked them up yesterday as well, tried the Pluot, it was good but nothing earth-shattering.

I liked the Rye as an easy drinking IPA but nothing more than that. It was a nice smooth beer, I wouldn't go out of my way to get it again though.

I like both. I like East Coast style, because i like a good malt backbone with my IPA's

Funny b/c in my maven tastings of Pliny and Heady (arguably the two best IPAs in the world), it is backwards. Heady is much more hop forward.

I know this is not necessarily a rule, just an observation.

Headed to Stein's tom for a beer run, will definitely pick up a few. Dan selling them in 4 packs, or just singles?

Outside of their UFO, not really a big Harpoon fan. I haven't had much from them though.

It's not the best by any means, but it is very easy to drink on a hot summer day by the pool.

Every one of their beers I've had was that way. Not bad, but nothing special.

Word. I picked up 3 4-packs at WF today. Gonna be a good Memorial Day on the beach.
