Trillium is releasing an all Sabro DIPA on Monday. Early tasting notes are interesting. From what I’ve read online it’s an especially oily hop with high levels of alpha acids. I don’t know much about which oils it contains (i.e., geraniol, linalool, etc.), but more oil generally means more flavor. I’m very curious about trying this one.
ETA: other reports I’ve read suggest it holds up as a distinct flavor when used in conjunction with Galaxy and Vic Secret, and those hops are incredibly bold. If it doesn’t get washed out by those, that’s saying something.
