I've heard a rumor that they recently got a new brewmaster, and I hope that makes a positive difference, but who knows

I tried timber ale and cream weaver...both sucked. Where you from anyway? I grew up in Lubbock and spent plenty if days playing little league baseball in Wolfforth...thought I'd give Wicked Beaver a try, was not impressed at all.

SBD - NB Shift. Fat Tire gets the hype, this beer does the work. Not a bad session beer for such large production.

TBD - Hopitoulas

Marcello's and Philippe's. Both has its advantages. But Marcello's has a bigger selection. Rouse's every now and then. My gf is in BR so I do shopping there too

I pretty much always had some Shift in my fridge last summer. It is a great beer to have after an evening summer run when it is still 100 at 7:00 pm.

I've only been to marcellos a couple times. Might swing by tomorrow and build a couple 6 packs.

Heading to Houston next month. Going to pick up some things for sure. We'll be in touch about it if you want me to grab some things for you.

Yea man.I think with their BR location closing, the Lafayette Marcello's expanded their beer selection.

I went to Houston last weekend and stocked up, but there's alot I didn't get and want more of. Keep in touch

At least you tried. I had the 2013 on tap a while back and loved it. Hope that I can score some bottles this week.
