I've done it. You will be surprised at how malty the Pliny is compared to the Heady.

That's what I hear. Pliny is more balanced while Heady is just a hop assault.

Yes, but not your typical bitter hop bomb. Heady pulls it off without being too bitter. I've never had a beer that smells better.
