I've made that mistake before. Glad to hear about the fruit. It's not as hazy as other treehouse beer.

High Fashion is good, but it could have more citrus on the back end

It's much more hit and miss for good oysters and more expensive.

Oysters are cheaper and better on the Gulf. You're right, that is the one seafood I miss more than anything. Fish may be a wash, depending on your appreciation for salmon. Crab is better in the PNW. Clams are better in the PNW.

FBD is a Citradamus. I used to think that Melvin was way overrated (like Boneyard), but I'm changing my opinion. They are only slightly overrated.

Hey toof!

Here in Portland it’s 20 fricking 9 degrees

I was just drinking some hops outside at Austin St. (great shite) and there were ice crystals in my beer. I think it was great shite. To be honest, it was so cold I’m not sure! But I’ve had it before and enjoyed it. About to walk over to Allagash.

It is not as good as the last batch, by far. It's good but not great. In fact, wish I did not buy 3 4 packs.

NBD is an Amalgamator by Beachwood. Very nice beer. More of a traditional California IPA.
