I'm no NB fan and I am the biggest skeptic of their stuff...but I was pleasantly surprised at how good the rampant was (at leastr the one I had on tap)

Allow R2R and Poop to post again. I just picked two shock collars and a bullwhip. I'll keep them in line.

I agree that the coverage could be better, but it is better than it used to be. No more beer tonight, stopping at 2. I'll catch up in Omaha.

I'm about halfway through it and I'm not too too impressed. Maybe if it was sold to me as something different than a DIPA I could appreciate it but I immediately compare it to some of the more simple readily available(not in LA) DIPAs such as DFH 90 min and Great Divide Hercules and I think I'd rather have those.

The aroma doesn't do much for me and it doesn't really match the flavor. Which is odd.
I'm thinking this is just their choice of hops... It's not doing anything for me.

welp, I have had both of those and think DFH is good, not a fan of GD Hercules. we like what we like. I also have not had rampant in a bottle and won't seek it out or ever buy it. I am just saying the one I had on tap was good, especially for a NB offering
