That's cool, like it when breweries let their experiments out. Imagine it is a huge help to know what the general public thinks to push them in new directions.

It's good. A lot of citrus. Needs more carbonation. A little on the sweet side. Seems like he's trying to replicate Jai Alai. I could drink a lot of these.

Good luck! And I mean it, I wish every local brewery could duplicate that goodness. I ain't "homering" for it any more....I just fricking miss it.

It's made to resemble a Mexican drink called Horchata. It's a love it or hate it type brew.
