Will do. I'm actually going Friday till Sunday, but it's for a wedding. I'm going to have some good brews, but not time for a brewery stop. I think I'm heading back may 2nd and we're going to AC. Evidently that's where majority of the good breweries are on the state.

Eta: and I'm planning on going back for 3 nights on the jersey shore for the 4th of July weekend.

2 best breweries are on the jersey shore but arent near ac. Kane is in ocean township and carton is in the atlantic highlands.

You'll fit right in down the shore for the 4th, lafayette isnt that much different from the jersey shore in my experience

You should have just drank a bud lite or something....

Everything else after UiT's post in today's FBD thread is garbage....

I can't compare with ut today, but I did get a little BX shipment from Jax. FBD is a pour of Boneyard Armored Fist Double Black IPA.

LBD is a 2005 De Cam Oude Kriek at Delirium Cafe.

I'm guessing this is the oldest beer I've had and it's truly sublime. Very acidic but there is so much going on to balance it out, nice little pop cherry sweetness on finish. Need to find more from De Cam.

Did it stay fresh? The nose will tell. Double digit ABV, so be careful with that one.

Sounds like a great trip.

2BD is another offering from Jax. Wow, this is great.

Also, this place supposedly holds the Guiness world record for largest beer list. They practically hand you a menu akin to an old Sears catalog.

Lots of great things on the list. This place is much more noisy and touristy than Moeder Lambic though. Also might be the most square footage of beer bar I've seen in one location.
