Favorite toppings for a hot dog

Last night I stewed some onions in tomato paste and olive oil and loaded up a hot dog with that and mustard. If I dont do my onions this way, i do them raw with mustard. I can put like half a small onion on a dog.
Edit: l eat it whatever way it gets served, But if you were on death row and were given one hot dog with a every topping on the side, what would you create.

Just depends on my mood.

Sometimes cheese and jalapenos.

Sometimes pickle and tomatoes with mustard and mayo.

Jalapeno Relish from Roberts. Not as sweet as candied jalapenos so it works great as a condiment.

I was so pissed..about three weeks ago I grabbed some Hawaiian hot dog buns..When I open them they were the split top buns..Who in the frick ever came up with that must be some kind of sadistic a-hole.

I like all manner of dogs. Hot mustard, pickle relish, onions and kraut is hard to beat. I can eat them all. But my all favorite is mayo, mustard, good chili, *fresh grated cheddar and diced red onion. X 5. Lawd
