Definitely my favorite sausage. They sell it in BR at every grocery store I have been to around LSU. I highly recommend it. Just about every time I grill I throw on some spicy Conecuh Sausage

Funny.....I feel like a good sausage brings some flavor to the crawfish...

So, I like the best cajun sausage I can find.

Only good place to throw Manda is the trash.

I usually use Verons or D&J's.

Damn straight, put them in when you cut the fire and eat them as the crawfish soak.

They dont leave any grease like sausage and soak up seasoning. Its a great beer drinking crawfish soaking snack.

I enjoy Manda in my kitchen, and often cook it for breakfast.

My FIL insists on putting DD hot sausage in the boil. DD is not good in the boil, IMO.

I grew up on Manda. Probably why I love it so much. My parents loved it, I ate it at LSU sports games growing up on a bun (one side with mustard/one side with ketchup), and I still use it for my red beans.
