I can't remember the name if it, but it was a spiced rum I picked up in Falmouth, Jamaica. The most popular one on the island. Another favorite I got there was their overproof white rum
Neither are high end though. For some reason I can never remember the names of the nice ones I pick up

Not to be a Louisiana homer, but Bayou Rum distilleries spiced rum is great. Definitely worth a try.

Sweet Crude and it's not even close.
made in Lafayette, uses real can sugar (not molasses or black-strap)
no additives.. just great old fashioned sugar can rum.
