Voodoo BBQ has a good vinegar sauce that is good if you like tangy sauce.

I must be getting on the OT Lounge too much...someone just asked this question a few weeks ago. But my favorite is Gates out of Kansas City, followed by Sweet Baby Ray's...

Rudy's Sause from Austin

I heard that. "Where the Sause is Boss"

quote:

Rudy's is the best but I think you can only buy it at their stores. What's funny is their owner frowns on using it at all, in the traditional beef BBQ tradition.

I actually don't use sauce on my BBQ, but on things that I want a "bbq flavor" on. Beef bbq never gets sauce. Just saltines and bbq, with a Big Red for me.

Bodacious from Longview Texas

Blue Plate which is concentrated and you loosen it up with some water or juice. Have to mail order

My own homemade.

I don't like much sweet sauce and I've become more of a thinner sauce fan. I like them just sauce not with onions or anything else in them. Heated on the side mostly.

I like spicy, not sweet.
