personally, I like to peel and core my apples then simmer them on the stove in a little water, brown and white sugar, vanilla and a touch of butter til they are kind of soft, then add them to a crust and bake... for me, it beats overcooking the crust to make sure the apples are cooked all the way.....
either crawfish cornbread stuffing or long grain brown & wild rice and fresh baby spinach & strawberry salad (fresh spinach and or dark mixed spring greens, sliced strawberries, freshly toasted almonds, shredded cheese (just a little and your choice, I like colby-jack) whole grain croutons an...

Most people I know use Velveeta because they either can't make a decent white sauce or they don't like it... when I make mine, they'll add cheese to the top... actually, that is kind of insulting now that I think about it... :wah:...

This is a classic family favorite in my house. If one catches it playing, the rest of the family seems to gravitate in sits to watch too. I love it when they are working on the transporter and trying it out on different things... "It was inside out"... "and explooooded!" LOL...

I watched all of last season in one afternoon last week before the new one last night just to get caught up. Got to say, now I'm hooked. Hulu is fab!...
