re: Fast Food Friday: Rank the Big 3 Burger Chains

Back when BK would not cook the meat until you placed your order it was hands down the best of the three in burger quality. But when they adopted the pre-cooked patties kept in a warmer and nuked to bring them up to temperature, they dropped to the bottom of the barrel for their burgers. When you combine that with the worst customer service, at least in Louisiana, there is no reason to go to BK.

McD's is okay for everything except hamburgers. It actually has good coffee which makes it my go to place for breakfast if I have to hit some place quick. And their customer service is still the best of the 3.

Wendy's burgers are not fantastic, but they will serve in a pinch. Their customer service makes going there too much of a chore to be any more than an infrequent thing.

The only reason for patronizing any of them is convenience. Thankfully, there are better options available that are just as convenient for me in Baton Rouge.

After Mama's fried chicken closed it was my go to drunk food during Mardi Gras in High School.

Wendys really cut back on the salt, at least here in Pensacola.

1. Wendy's- well above the rest, good burger and fries has come a long way

2. McDonalds- breakfast is only thing that keeps it close








3. BK- just horrible
