nah def not. it tastes really chemically imo. I told the wife to quit buying it. I used to love it when I was a kid but not anymore.

This is true. I talked to the factory, it is the same bread, just re packaged. So when people say it's the best bread, they are talking about Bunny Bread.

I've talked to several employees at the bakery in Lafayette that make Evangeline Maid bread, they all say they make the same bread and package it in Great Value bags for Wal-Mart ?

All white bread kinda sucks
I don’t eat a a lot of bread, but when I do it’s gonna be sourdough, French…something with some taste & substance.
I think Evangeline bread, just like all old school things in Acadiana is more about nostalgia than anything else
