What is the best thing to eat here? I’m about to go for the first time and don’t want to mess this up as i’ve heard great things about it.

Fried Chicken and red beans. I scoffed at it in another thread but went and got it. It's delicious.

It's not bone in chicken. It's a paneed chicken deep fried.

Crawfish queso with fried pork skins.

Anything with the pimento cheese. I know there's a melt and a BLT with it. Might be a burger too.

As mentioned, the fried chicken and red beans.

All of the burgers I've had have been really good too.

This guy knows what hes talking about

Also the Louisiana Poulet pie is another favorite. I would have a hard time picking from these two.

Really anything you get is going be great.

Get a savory pie and a sweet pie for dessert. The chicken is good but you can get fried chicken from a lot of places. Not many places to get homemade pot pies.
