Egg Salad Sandwich - most underrated sandwich of all times

It’s been a while since I’ve had one, so I talked MrsAntiqueTiger into making a batch (she doesn’t like egg salad).
Holy shite, a fresh egg salad with chopped up bacon in it, on fresh Bunny Bread Plantation (I mean old fashion) slices.

Mash the egg yolks and mayo together before adding the egg whites, baw.

A homemade egg salad sandwich or BLT might be the highest disparity in “homemade v. store bought” of any sandwich

Homegrown tomato BLAT. The addition of the “A,” for avocado, makes it my most underrated homemade sammich. Blue Plate or Duke’s of course.

I would definitely say this is not underrated, everyone loves them in one form or another.
I make BLEAT sandwiches (add an over easy egg)

Yes, after telling you to make it your own damn self, I asked my husband to fix me a diet Dr Pepper with lots of ice. So good.

Absolutely one of those things I love and don’t know why I don’t make it more often. Might have to change that tomorrow.

Definitely true!
My wife cuts the crust off and always adds a pickle or some kind of side item when she makes me a sandwich.
I'd just make the sandwich and wrap it in a paper towel and be satisfied.
