Hot dogs. Real, delicious hot dogs.
Every coney has to be dressed up and thoroughly enjoyed.

Easy answer for me.
Finger sandwiches. I can only eat a single whole sandwich I make but if a tray of these show up I eat the equivalent of 8 sandwiches

French fries are my weakness, there’s always room for another until they get cold

When I was at MSU in maybe 1969, I stayed in Hamlin Dorm, maybe 6 stories tall, with four room suites, served by a common bathroom shower. Was fancy back then, long gone now. We had a guy in our suite who loved Burger Chef stuff from the BC about 1 block north east of the dorm. Do any of you remember Burger Chef and Jeff? That was their marketing spiel back then. Anyhow. about that time, they began selling a ham and cheese burger with some kind of slaw that might have been 30 cents. They were really cheap and pretty good for the money.
One night we found ourselves in a bet where he said he could eat 50 of them in 30 minutes. We all put our money on the line and struck out for BC to witness what we thought was impossible. The manager thought it was pretty funny, but gave us no break on the price. He joined us in the dining room to watch. Just like Cool Hand Luke, the guy did it, except he finished in about 20 minutes and then asked for an order of fries.
Another time, there was a counter girl in a white dress uniform with floral panties and bra and the same guy took several napkins and layered them to make a writing surface on the tray his food came on. Then he used ketchup to write, "Love your panties and bra." He left it on the table and we stood outside as she went out to buss the table. She read his note and then saw us outside watching. She smiled and shot us the bird. A week or so later, he was dating her. Not sure what the second part of this has to do with a food eating contest.

Raw oysters. I've easily eaten 13 dozen at a time in the past.

Great answer. We buy a few trays every time we do crawfish boils, and it never fails they are the first and only item completely cleaned out by everyone.
Started having to hide a container of them in the fridge so we have something to eat late night when everyone leaves.
