I want something sweet, but I suck at baking, even box cakes. What are some fool proof "mix all this together and it tastes good" dessert recipes I can try? I'm open to everything.

If you can't bake a box cake, you either need a new oven, or you have a room temperature IQ.

I don't know, maybe try an old school southern condensed milk fruit salad?

No bake cookies, just like your school cafeteria used to make: LINK
Peanut butter, chocolate, oats, sugar, milk...so easy.

Wife has made all 3 of these over past couple of weeks and they are all great! Kids loved them too.
She said they are super easy

The eclair one was probably our fave!

Melt some nestle crunch bars in the microwave. Mix that with cool whip. Pour the mixture into a store bought graham cracker pie crust and then put it in the freezer

Another one. Before anyone says anything, the acid from the lemon juice kills the bacteria from the raw egg yolks.

Ice Box Cake:
Layer graham crackers (whole box but reserve 2 crackers to crumble on the top) and a box of chocolate pudding. Top off with broken graham crackers. Let it sit in the fridge for a few hours but the longer the better.

I’m not a baker at all. So my go to “fancy” dessert is bananas foster, cherries jubilee, or the peach equivalent

Basically butter, sugar, fruit with alcohol that I catch on fire. Over ice cream. Fantastic and so simple.

Keto Peanut Butter Coconut Balls.

Really good, and I’m not even a keto Guy

It’s just peanut better, shredded coconut, some butter, and some stevia. Mix and roll into balls.

Easy and good. Also can dip into chocolate

Make an ice cream sandwich cake, preferably with Reeses

It's the fattest and GOAT dessert for lazy people
