Unfortunately I have not been able to try out the new Dragos. I’m curious for those that have, what are your thoughts?

The last time I was in there it was a miserable dining experience. We were seated in the back basically in the middle of a birthday party that was going on. Service was terribly slow, my order came out incorrect and by the time they brought me the correct order my family had finished eating. They at least gave us a complimentary dessert, but I think the food is generic thus overpriced. I'll hit up any other seafood place in town before I go back there. Just my opinion.

I’ve been twice and it’s been pretty good food and service wise. Not outstanding but I enjoyed it. Same as most other places like it.
It’s spacious and lot of room between tables so although it’s open dining room and yeah a bit on the loud side I didn’t find it terribly inconvenient.
I’ll go back. They are doing the oysters there as good as Severn location which is the benchmark.
I’ll visit occasionally.

This is kind of how I feel about the place. They are the best with the grilled oysters and I guess if you are craving lobster is a good choice.
I still go visit a few times a year though because they are a very generous family and several non profits and such that I've been a part of have been helped by them.

Dragons and mansurs have the best grilled oysters in town

The time I went when they first opened I found the chargrilled oysters to be much saltier than the Fat City location. Hopefully they corrected the problem.

Was ok but for a place that serves grilled oysters, Roux 61 is far better.

I'm not sure how long the one in Lafayette will hang on ? Doesn't seem to be too many people there at any time, with the exception of UL graduation this past weekend.

Same scenario with me. I went for a birthday party and they sat us in the back as well. Drinks came out 15 minutes after we ordered them, my beer was the last to be brought out and it was not cold because it had been sitting on top the bar waiting for the server to grab it. Needless to say, it ended up being over 2.5 hours for us to order get our food and eat for a party of 15... Only 1 server for all of us. (and she had two other tables)
