Im sensitive? Wow have you read the last 4 pages of this thread? sheesh... How big of a hangup do you have on a dish having to be ultra complex to considered a great dish?

Chargrilled Oysters are simply one of the best dishes in New Orleans. I'm sorry if you don't agree. Most people will list them in their top dishes of the city though.

So who serves the best of this dish by most people's taste? Again I don't care how simple they are to make or that the corn on the menu is too sweet or raw or overcooked. I don't care who cooks them.

It's simply a top dish in the city and YES I will say the State.

I said that Drago's oysters were good, agreeing to an extent with the OP. So far, so good. But then shite, I apparently broke some rule when I commented on the rest of the food I've tried there. I now I won't be able to enjoy lunch.

Was that in reference to LNCHBOX?

I'm not aware of getting upset over boudin.

Apparently if you go to Drago's you won't either! Unless you get their chargrilled oysters.

As I've said before, if I was on Death Row and was having my last meal, a dozen charbroiled from Drago's would be my app.

the price of boudin at Cochon in NOLA, and the overall unavailability in NO has gotten you riled up before

I must have missed that thread. After watching that video in the other thread I really want some. Cochon was the only thing near by I could think of.

Had some a few months ago. Negatory. Worth driving to Jacob's, IMO
