There are SO MANY better options of buying a fried turkey than Popeye's.

Drive-thru line is an 8 hour wait because they have to cook it after you arrive to pick it up.

Never tried theirs. We've gotten one from Tony's and Hi Nabor. They were both OK.

Popeye's, seriously? - Don't do it! The employees get an attitude from frying chicken- imagine how they would treat you frying a whole turkey! So many good places to get a fried, smoked, or baked turkey - Tony's, Rouse's, Robert's, Belleau's, and I know I'm leaving off a lot of places - I really would pass on the Popeye's idea -

Rouses or Winn Dixie were already carrying them this year.

I would rather a popeyes 16 piece spicy than any kind of turkey any time.

Can you list the options, and the effort that it takes to do said options? I bought a fried turkey from Bojangles a few years ago. Not as good as Popeyes, but a hell of a lot easier if you’re feeding 8 people or less.
