Never have.
Most people only leave reviews when they have bad experiences. Tell us about it baw.

Yep.
No one cares what I think and I don’t much care what some random a-hole thinks.
One reason I ask for opinions here when applicable

I'm at level 9 with Google with reviews.
I have over 1 thousand reviews & 124+ million photo views.

usually only in the extremes. if it was something incredibly fantastic i want them to get their dues, if it was horrendously bad i want to try to spare anyone else from the experience.
so, short answer, rarely.

Only mention important stuff like my leggings getting torn because the underside of the table is too rough.

I am conscious of this and try to keep my reports balanced. I have more 5* than 1* but I have a lot of both.
Unfortunately on Google, as on yelp, there is terrible grade inflation. It's hard to find anything below 4*. Basically Google ratings is this: 1* to 4.0* - horrible; 4.0-4.3 bad; 4.4-4.6 not great; 4.7-4.8 average; 4.9-5* very good.

Is there any type of reward for this amount?

I don't mind leaving good reviews, especially for a local restaurant or bar in the neighborhood.

I've left some positive reviews at the request of the management at places that I really enjoyed

You get some little perks for being a Google guide

Chefs knees shudder when I tell them I post my reviews here.
One sous chef quit because of the spotlight I was going to bring.

Same. If it’s really great then I’ll leave a review. The only negative reviews I leave are if there was a major problem and I notified the manager and they show that they don’t care - so pretty rare.

No one has ever read a 1 star Google review and thought, “wow, this guy seems reasonable and logical”

Here is one.
I wanted to go to Krystal the other night. Haven't been in two or three years, so we bought a sack full.
- Service was good. There were two cars ahead of us but they moved quickly. Lady in the window was courteous and seemed very competent for her duties as a window worker in a fast food joint.
- They tried to get me to add cheese. I thought that was a tad pushy and turned them down. They took the bad news with no complaints.
- My sliders were hot, with more than enough dried onions, mustard and a dill pickle on a nicely steamed bun.
- I wanted to experience that non-stop three-day Krystal burp I have always enjoyed pretty much every time I have dined with them over the past 70 years and they did not let me down there. The burps started within 10 minutes and stopped right on time 72 hours later.
- The only negative I can report is at my age I need to give them up. Surely there are better ways to get indigestion.
I'd rate the visit 7 out of 10, or three stars.
