Do you like your bacon crispy or floppy

I prefer my bacon like I like my state, rare and soft.
I prefer it floppy and chewy.
I won't turn down crispy bacon, but I am not a fan of bacon that is basically a saltine cracker when it comes to crispiness and crunchiness.

I like my bacon raw, in a blender with milk and orange juice. It's a great smoothie.

I like a little of both. A little crunch on the edges, but some flex and chewyness left.

I like it crispy, fully cooked. Floppy soggy bacon is of no interest to me.

I like most of the fat rendered out and crisp. Most people try to cook bacon way too fast with too much heat.

well i don't like what my B-I-L refers to as " tom and jerry" bacon where you bite it and it crumbles into thousands of little pieces. But, i don't like it "floppy" either.

Super thick cut bacon that is both crispy on the edges with all fat rendered and still has a slight bite and chew to it. Then eggs fried in the bacon grease.

I prefer chewy as a part of breakfast in just strips with eggs and such. I prefer it crispy on sammiches and burgers.
