Turning 30 this year and looking for a new restaurant experience to celebrate.

I really enjoy tasting menus like La Boca's (a few years back) and Gyu-Kaku (Japanese BBQ at the table)

Ive also heard really good things about places like Mosquito Supper Club and Nagomi (Omakase) as an experience.

Any recommendations are welcome.

If you really want some excitement grab some dinner out in the east.

Nagomi is incredible but very difficult to get into. It doesn’t hurt that Eli and Koz are really great guys that worked their asses off and risked it all and it worked out.

Costera tasting menu is also awesome.

Was not impressed by Yo Nashi at all.

St Germain tasting menu is my bucket list place right now.

Probably my favorite place in the city all around. Costera is knocking on the door of that title though.

N7, Lengua Madre, and Luvi feed me are all great.

Fowlmouth is a super interesting concept and his food is awesome. It’s in his backyard in Central City but the setup is pretty cool and he’s a super interesting guy. Spent nearly 3 hours when we went. Fowlmouth Instagram

Someone please tell me how to get a reservation. Nothing works. I may just go stand outside this place and beg.
