Did I just eat fake cheese, or just fake Brie?

Authentic Brie flavor? TF does that mean? The texture is crap compared to Brie and the flavor wasn't that close either. I'm gonna have to choke a bitch if this ends up in my jambon brie french bread sandwich again. Is this the Velveeta of France?

Why would you buy a cheese with individually wrapped nubbins? Eek. I think the Velveeta of France is Emmental...lots of industrial grade "swiss" stuff.

I can't understand why ppl buy those little "Laughing Cow" cheese orbs. They have NO taste...a total waste of calories, yet many diet plans recommend their consumption because of the pre-portioned packaging. Give me an oz of Cabot clothbound any day over industrial, prewrapped chez.

Sounds like a new form of Velveeta.

At midnight, flying from Seattle to Guam with the closest land 32,500 feet below you, under 2,500 feet of water, there is no better snack than a laughing cow wedge and a pack of Windmill cookies, followed by a sip of Tab, chilled to perfection in a 4 oz plastic cup.

I don't know those snack boxes on United with the Hummus and the olives are pretty tasty.

I would guess fake flavor, not fake cheese. They would have to call it something like "cheese product" or "cheese food" if they used something other than the curds to make the cheese.

I'm not 100% on that though.

We always buy Brie from Sams. It's really salty. Maybe I need to look at the package more carefully.

Soreness of the buttocks is not the chief concern when you are longing for laughing cow cheese and windmill cookies.

Now I need to go to a big grocery store and see if they have windmill cookies. Everyone has laughing cow (I think).

Been a while since I went looking for it.

Youthful indiscretion.

I am one of those who don't go ya ya over Brie. I will eat it rather than hurt feelings, but there are many other things I would rather have or serve.

I recently found some windmill cookies at Dollar Tree of all places. Whole foods usually has some too, in their fresh bakery cookie section.

From ancient history days I remember them as bring good. Especially with a schmere of laughing cow.

If I knew how to do a LOL emocon on my cell phone I'd do one now.

That is the nature of brie, feta, and parmesan, all salty as hell.
