Someone shared a recipe on here for Mexican Street Corn deviled eggs. They looked interesting so I actually made them. Wife told me it was one of the best things I’ve ever cooked.
Not sure if that’s a testament to the eggs or a condemnation of my cooking, but there you have it.

I just finished making a dozen to bring for Easter dinner. I love them. I have my great grandmother ‘s deviled egg platter to carry them on.

My wife makes them for every party we have, a restaurant around here had smoked trout deviled eggs that were fantastic.
The last issue of food Network magazine had ideas for about 12 different versions of deviled eggs

I put smoked salmon in them sometimes and I like salmon caviar on top too.

Gives me big sulphur farts..My GF asked if someone was shooting off fireworks..She was pissed when she realized what the smell was...

Damn, those look amazing. Definitely giving them a try.
I love basically every variety of deviled egg. BF thinks they smell like farts and hates when I make them so of course I make them as often as possible because I live to antagonize him
I'm glad he doesn't eat them, that's more for me.

Took them to a sisters house and someone had brought a platter from Rouses. Man those were bad. Mine got eaten, Rouses got put in one of the kids go boxes. They are so easy and cheap to make I’m not sure why anyone would buy store bought deviled eggs.

I make the crabby deviled eggs from the TD cookbook. They are always a favorite.

Made some curried shrimp deviled eggs for my dinner club and they were a big hit.

Wife (no pics) made deviled eggs today. No clue what her recipe is, as she has never written it down.
Those were appetizers for the main course of roast lamb with chimicurri, sugar snap pea salad, and roast taters.

Shouldn’t be surprised.
And what did those kids do to deserve that.

College boys. They are like Mikey. One was chewing on the pork roast bone. They won’t bat an eye at a rubbery bland old deviled egg with a crust on it.

College boys
Understand, have one myself. Poor starving college kids.
