Deep fried spaghetti

Had this today for the first time. Good stuff. Take your leftover loose meat spaghetti out the fridge and scoop balls out with an ice cream scoop. Roll the cold ball of spaghetti in grated Parmesan cheese then in all purpose flour. Drop in 350 degree peanut oil until golden brown. Remove and let cool for a few minutes then enjoy.

So fried meatballs. Not fried spaghetti.

How is that fried spaghetti? Meatballs are often fried so this is nothing new. Fix your thread title

I think he’s saying use your spaghetti like fully mixed together - the loose meat kind, not the meatless or separate meatball kind.
So red sauce with loose meat as the sauce, mixed into noodles, scooped cold with ice cream scoop and rolled into balls, breaded with parm and fried.

IWEI. Place by the house used to do fried mac-n-cheese balls like this. Cover with a crawfish cream sauce after frying. shite was delicious.

The title is confusing because it says fried spaghetti. Spaghetti is a long thin flour noodle. Spaghetti bolognese is what i think is being referred to, so it should have said fried spaghetti bolognese or meat sauce. So it’s still unclear to me if these fried balls included the noodles as well or just the meat sauce/bolognese.

Have 100 people see the thread title and read your post, and 97 would know exactly what you mean. The other 3 posted in this thread.
