I’m simple. Pigs in a blanket and done. Easy for a crowd and usually a favorite. Can add cheese bf rolling the dough to change it up.

Crockpot with peppered white gravy and lil smokies. Spoon on top of biscuit halves.

Bacon pancakes.

Cook bacon, cut in half. arrange two or three pieces in a cross or similar in a griddle or fry pan. Pour pancake batter on top of bacon, and cook.

Won’t win any awards, but a tray of pigs in a blanket would get demolished

It’s not until this Sunday. I’m still undecided lol there’s way too many good suggestions in here.
Has anyone made pigs in a blanket using homemade biscuits? I’ve always just used canned ones

I've never eaten a pig in a blanket that wasn't made with croissant dough that I can recall.

Take a muffin pan and line each hole with thin sliced ham. Beat 6-8 eggs thoroughly and season with S&P. Pour eggs into each ham-lined hole. Drop a nice amount of chopped green onion in each one and a pinch of your favorite shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins.

You can also pan-fry some Jimmy Dean Hot and drop in the egg as well. Obviously break it up good when frying.
