I can already see how this will go.

Lots of Zatarains bashing
Seasoning water vs doing in the ice chest
People mentioning chackbay seasoning
People mentioning chinese red pepper
Louisiana seasoning tasting different from prior years
and by page 3 they will be arguing about if you should wrap your pork ribs or not.

One container of Zat’s Pro Boil, small bottle liquid boil, small bottle Real Lemon, dozen garlic pods, sack onions.

That’s roughly mine. I’m sure other’s vary.

For one sack:

One large container of zatarains proboil.

One 16oz bag of regular zatarains.

One 8oz bottle of regular flavor concentrate.

Four zatarains spice bags.

A sack of lemons.

Mine's similar to yours. Also, I think the proboil is really good.

I’ll take a stab and get crucified....

One jug zatarains
3 bags zatarains
1 7.25 cayenne jar
8 lemons
8 onions
8 garlics
8 bay leaves
These are roundabouts...sometimes more some less

I've thought of trying the oranges. Do they actually add much or is just for the essence, so to speak?

For 1 sack:
Cajunland Powder
1 bottle Zats liquid
2 bags Zats
8 Lemons
Lots of celery( I think adds flavor and tastes great.
Then the usual pots, onions, sausage etc.

So let me ask this.

Those of you that put celery seed in your boil. How much per sack?

I just put about 2 stalks of celery per sack. I just roughly chop it up in 1-2 inch segments.

We boil 2 sacks in the 160qt usually and use 5 stalks. As you can tell, celery is all over. I love the flavor celery gives.
