Thinking about one more boil this year the weekend of 6/5 in DFW. Is that too late? I’ve never bought crawfish after mid-May before.
TIA.
TIA.

The spillway crawfish is what you want right now over pond.

Shells were very hard this week, as well as a few weeks ago, at our usual restaurant. Flavor still good, service is great. But it was a workout peeling them.

Boiled 2 sacks yesterday. Shells weren't hard, as you'd expect later in the year. My cost was under $100, and friends pitched in to cover the cost.
Looking at several more boils this year.
