So far my efforts have met a lukewarm response. Tried the usual apps but nothing of note. I'm in the search of craft beer either on- or off-site consumption.
The hotel has Hopadillo on draft and I picked up a 6 of St. Arnold Lawnmower.
Any body out in FDB land have suggestions? I'm kinda restricted on transportation but don't mind hiring a Uber if necessary.
Cheers!

Freetail brewing
There is also a Flying Saucer there. The Filling Station is in an old gas station and has a good selection.

Flying Saucer has a good selection, plus Total Wine and More if you are looking for retail. Also, second Freetail

Freetail Brewing has 2 locations. Solid beer, plenty of options.
Flying Saucer is always a good choice for a beer bar.
There is also some chain called “Big Hops” I think. Several locations. Has beer for onsite and offsite consumption - including growlers.
Weathered Souls is a small, 2 year old(?), brewery. They have some good stuff. Not much of a selection and most of their specialty stuff comes out on Thursdays. Adjunct stouts, NEIPAs, and a few berliners here and there.

Künstler has really great offerings. I’m pretty sure the Head Brewer has a German oriented palate, but they had a South American brew and a couple modern american styles when we went about 6 months ago. Great beer, though, regardless.
Southerleigh is a must-see just for how gorgeous it is. Beer is really good, too, but getting even more delicious food ($$) in a huge, beautifully renovated Pearl Brewhouse really makes for a memorable time.
ETA: Freetail is great, as mentioned above. I tended to favor their north location outside the city as it’s on-site brews were better imo than the Ghost Pixel NEIPA studio stuff at their main brewery.

Hoppy Monk is really good as well, though not near downtown.

He's going to open a brewery/hotel concept in Houston.

Weathered Souls is the best brewery in SA IMO. Depends where you're at to see if it's too far.

La Tuna is a cool outdoor hangout close to downtown and I believe Blue Star Brewery is close by. Not sure about the beer selection but they would at least beat what you've found so far. I haven't been down there in a while but there are some other notable spots in the area. Feast is great for food FYI.
