They will be open next monday at 4pm to the public, the food is fantastic, the bar is gorgeous and they have 132 tequilas.
I saw the new sign off of the interstate.
Will stop by next week and see if it's any good.

Been to the one in Laffy and it's really good. I love the ceviche, duck quesadillas and seafood enchiladas.

heard last night at the Outback across the street from CB, they are suppose to open on Monday the 31st at 4pm. They will be dinner only. Training going on right now, thru the weekend.

Parking lot was packed full o' cars (vs. contractor trucks) when I passed by there around 11am today. Must be busy training. Any chance they are already "soft-opened"?
Idle curiosity makes me wonder what the value of the traffic light onto Acadian is to that location. Although arguably -- and perhaps pre-Acadian Thruway / I-10 -- it was S. Eugene St., the light now just turns into two private developments, eh? Wal-Mart must be jealous.

I think it would be a nice gesture if they invited the food and drink membership to the private grand opening.....what a great way to get the most pubicity and exposure.

To everyone's disappointment, I don't know who owns this place

They would have to pay to advertise here before they could invite us for free drinks.

Can't wait to try it, but having worked in an unsuccessful restaurant because of the lack of parking. How do they expect to get people with only 100 parking spots?

If you wanted to do a test run of your restaurant...I couldn't think of a better crew than ours to let you know where you are strong and weak....Chicken can come...he does post on here from time to time.

They paved a new lot in the back of the parking lot

Still seems small. The lot, in general, is hard to get into. I am sure the I-10 transit crowd will love the place.

Fajitas and corn grits are great. The red salsa suck too much cilantro my opinion.
