I'm eating a burger poboy from Sammy's right now. It's turrible. Very dry.

But I do love their roast beef.

I have gotten it twice, once the Bleu Cheese and bacon, another time mushroom and swiss. But I think they use those Sysco patties.

For a large dinner size burger I'm a fan of BooKoo burger. I like going there and just getting the special burger (Breakfast FTMFW) or the signature burger. They have the best large burgers in the area. But it goes back and forth with Hi-Hat. Wehn Finns goes smoke free, I may eat there even more. I think BooKoo would do awesome as a stand alone, but I like it being in such a cool bar.

They are obviously exploiting the fact that the place has become all the rage. Prices have gradually risen since they opened.

$2 for a fricking canned drink

No. They haven't I went the day after it opened, and the prices are exactly the same $6.99 for a Burger, $8.99 for a comapny burger. $2 for fries or Rings. $2 for a drink, also they have never ever ever had canned cokes. Only Bottled Mexican cokes. (I don't get this trend, give me a fountain drink anyday)

You are not paying $15 for a burger, sounds like you have never been.

The prices have gone up. I ate there today and asked them and they cited "cost of goods"

Fries/Rings are 2.50

They have always had canned drinks and bottles. 2.25 for a bottle, 1.50 for a can.

Company burger with bacon, fries, and a drink is $15. Still $13 without the bacon.

Sounds like you aren't the Company Burger expert you think you are.

One of these days when I go they will actually have the Lamb Burger and not be out of it.

Still love Company Burger. Hi Hat is indeed awesome though.

That's really not that bad considering how good it is and how filled up I am after.

I love it and it is filling. It doesn't excuse the outrageous price tag, though. Just my opinion.

Just had my 1st High Hat burger. Damn that's a tasty burger. Everything was so fresh, the tomato by itself might have been one of the best tomatoes I've had. They way they cook the cheese into the meat and it gets all burnt and crunchy is wonderful. Most of the time places that get this much hype on this board tend to disappoint but this burger delivered.

I know this a company burger thread but I posted here yesterday that I haven't had the High Hat burger.

Also missed on their price point big time. 12 bones for a burger and fries. Yikes

Sadly this is becoming the norm.
