There is a nice restaurant/bar at the airport. I forgot the name but it will be easy to lookup. It is not on campus obviously but it is a really good scene.

Koppe Bridge is my favorite burger in town. Other suggestions would be Hopdoddy's or Grub Burger Bar. And, believe it or not, the local Brazilian steakhouse-Casa du Brasil has a delicious burger if you sit at the bar or out on the patio. Not sure if they offer it in the regular dining area.

I don’t like much in College Station but The Republic Steakhouse is legit. Phenomenal drinks. Not amazing for a football game though.
