Does anyone believe coffee has medicinal properties? At high doses I experience euphoria. I make strong coffee. Rivals Adderall honestly.

All I know is that it makes me shite a few minutes after finishing a cup.

Used to be a big chicory guy myself.. talk about fully leaded stuff. IYKYK
I just found out via Google that chicory coffee is.actually not as strong as regular coffee. I feel like I've been bamboozled... guess the placebo effect is real

Same. I have to limit my intake for adhd reasons. Like naps

I drink it in the mornings but I don't like how it messes with my accordion rhythm so I'm thinking of quitting

“Science” can’t seem to make up its mind about coffee. It can simultaneously save and extend your life, or it’s killing you. Depends on when and where you look.

Step 2 - Drink coffee.
Step 3 - Morning poop.

Coffee only did that for me for the first few months after I started drinking it.
If you substitute nicotine for coffee, then I get that effect.

Coffee is one of my favorite things in the world but it gives me heart palpitations after 2 cups. Maybe because I have high blood pressure?
My friend with low blood pressure can drink a whole pot.

Ab a year ago my Kuerig crapped out and I gotta Ninja Luxe Cafe for fathers day.
It's the kinda expresso machine that grinds up your beans, brews unfiltered expresso and also frothes your milk
Makes an incredible cappuccino
I started having a couple of double expresso cappuccino a day as my "base coffee".. 1 in the AM and 1 after lunch
After ab 6mo I go see my doctor for my annual, got bloodwork done and my LDL spiked like crazy
Turns out, drinking expresso (especially 2 doubles/day) ain't good for your BP. Typically coffee filters out harmful oils but expresso you get the raw un cut.

Yep, I started making filtered coffee again after 15 years of espresso and french pressed coffee, and my cholesterol dropped over 30 points.
