I'm not. I don't wait 6 months to eat at new restaurants and I'm not a man. Saw it on my Facebook page.

I used to think you were a woman, then at some point in time I thought you said you were a guy.

Now you're saying you're not a man.

Whatever, it doesn't matter.

Not me. Other people have assumed it. I don't always correct them because it doesn't much matter as you say. (unless I posted on the OT)

Well, thanks, Burt, but you have a thing about wee weeing in public places, from tops of buildings or to punish a restaurant by nastying up the bathroom. I think you may be too young for me.

Thank goodness. I believed you and it's affected my view ever since.

I hope you've given that up since then, whenever that was.

Really? There are a few on this site other than myself. I've always been interested in good food, but then again, I LOVE the ham at Lea's and their sandwiches. I also LOVE the blueberry pie when they make that in season and I LOVE the coconut pie all year round. I also LOVE the old wooden chairs with the backs painted and with the names of the old regulars who are no longer around. The pecan pie is pretty good, too. I believe we disagree on that.

not at all, i grew up in Alexandria and used to go to Lea's all the time. It is truly a diamond in the rough and is a dying breed in this country unfortunately. Of course, it gets hate from some of the philistines on this board.

Said it yesterday, will say it again today - I'd rather be waterboarded.

I must have gotten that confused, then, because I thought I'd seen you post negatively about it. Must have been someone else.

Not me. I don't eat tongue. I just posted it for those who do. I'm nice that way.

Some of what I bite and don't bite is not appropriate for the F&DB and I don't get a thrill out of those discussions on the OT. There are some people who need to bite their own tongues, though.

Tried tongue several times and haven't come across a preparation method that appealed to me yet. I'll keep trying.....
