From NWLA. Bringing my wife and 2 kids with me. Which one would be better?

We’re going to the game tonight if that matters at all.

I can't speak as any level of authority on this, but the only time i've been to BR, we went to Parrains and loved it.

My vote would be Chimes and sit on the roof.

don't think you can go wrong with either one. I like the way Parrains fries their seafood over Chimes. But Chimes will have a more diverse clientele and a funkier vibe than Parrains.

Time? Both have notoriously long wait times, but the game atmosphere might be more fun at Chimes. Food quality is slightly better at Parrain's IMO but it's out of the way and usually longer to get into.

BTW, both are owned by the same company.

my vote would be parrains. will be a tamer atmosphere and better food. Chimes might be a more fun experience with the atmosphere from the game.

All things being equal, I would do Parrains. Same owner, so the seafood it pretty much the same.

You'll have more fish choices at Parrains. Chimes will be slammed whatever time you go, so the earlier the better, and 4:30 might be too late for making the game. Expect a wait.

Parrain's, to me, it's not close, the noise at Chimes can get deafening. Yeah, I'm a boomer.

Parrains. They have some really good fish dishes.

Foodwise, they're very similar and share some menu items. Chimes leans a little more to bar food. Parrain's is a little more refined.

Atmosphere-wise, although Chimes is more of a bar and close to campus it's a little nicer/newer inside. Parrain's has a lot of miles on its interior.
