Popeyes. Their tenders are awesome.
Cane's has no flavor. At all. No salt, no pepper, nothing. Service is top notch but the draw is the cane sauce.

Canes, partly because if I go to Chick Fil A or Popeye's, I'm not ordering chicken tenders.

Cane's and Zaxby's are weird. Zaxby's, if it is ever on, is near the top. However god they are inconsistent and rarely give you a good product. Half the time they forget to season their fries. It is bizarre.
Cane's is much more consistent from the times I've had it, but I'd say its ceiling is a little lower than zaxby's.

Usually when I get them from Popeyes you can barely tell there's chicken in there. It's like a strip of batter.

I have no affiliation with Louisiana and I hate Zaxby's. I've never had Cane's.
Used to love Guthrie's, but haven't been to one in years.
Honestly, if I want some chicken tenders(which is rare), I just seek out a Publix. And if I go to Popeye's, I ain't ordering no damn chicken tenders.
Recently went to an event where someone brought chicken tenders from Jack's, and they were really good.

Jack's does have some good chicken tenders.
Milo's and Hamburger Heaven have some really good ones as well for the bham crowd.
