I'm back with more trailer park cuisine!! Today we have chicken breast stuffed with ham and cheese seared to a golden brown and them roasted to perfection with a creamy garlic honey Dijon sauce!
Filet and flatten out some chicken breast.
Season with paprika, seasoned salt, cavenders, and garlic powder.
Place a good layer of ham and a cheese stick in the chicken then roll it up and secure with toothpicks.
Season the outside with all the same seasonings and add paprika. Lots of paprika!
Pan fry in olive oil until golden brown and then pull and place in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
While that is cooking, in your oil which is now seasoned well, add some garlic and veggies to brown. Then add heavy cream and Dijon mustard. Whisk and taste. Add Dijon or cream as needed to suit your taste. When you have it right, add a *touch* of honey. And stir.
Pull chicken and serve with sauce!!
Only the finest beef rice aroni can be served with this!
Fork shot for you know who!
Protip: the sauce tends to seperate if left alone for more than 5-10 minutes. I put it in Tupperware and then put a lid on and gently shake the fire out of it. Be careful though because the hot air will pop the lid off. Be sure to burp it.

Sorry to be critical, but you really shouldn't use jarred garlic. The garlic is dehydrated, then rehydrated in the jar when it is canned. Really doesn't give good flavor. i think even granulated garlic is more flavorful.
Otherwise that looks good. IWEI

Other than a couple of the shortcuts you took (jarred garlic, bagged veggies) that looks mighty fine. I've made a similar dijon sauce to go over pork tenderloin and it's a killer combo. Nice work.

Is this true for the whole peeled garlic in jars?

Looks good. IWEI.
Looks like it would work with a low carb diet too.

You can't tell the difference between jarred and fresh garlic? The jarred stuff is pretty foul.

I haven't had rice aroni in over 10 years. I think it's fair to say I was an addict. Had the "chicken" style mostly, but I did not discriminate.

I was making a joke... Interjecting some vintage R2R since he has reformed himself. I would tear the OP's meal up.

No shite lol. I used what I had on hand and I made a meal that was pretty damn tasty. On a typical day, what do you guys eat for dinner? "I eat nothing but organic almonds and free range chicken and if you eat anything less than 30$ worth of food for every meal you must be homeless"
GTFO
Pick up some clove garlic, chicken thighs, and some tampons then shove them up your arse.
All up in your arse.
