Bacon egg n Colby Jack Cheese is their best biscuit. Used to be the Spicy Chicken. Sausage egg n cheese is good too. But for a plain Chicken biscuit, use honey. Sausage biscuit I add grape jelly to. 10 count chicken mini's for the wife and kids to split.

99% of people who shite on CFA are just contrarians. 75% of those are libs.
1% are just weird and don't like it and I respect that.
They're "slow" because they're overcrowded. They're overcrowded because the vast majority of people have decided they're heads and shoulders above other quick service food.

It doesn't take me nearly as long to get through the drive thru at Wendy's, heck me and the two other people eating there will probably get through in the time it will take me to get through the 20 people in front of me at CFA.

For fast food, CFA is fine. It isn't a place I ever really just crave, but it's consistent and the one near my house is easy to get in and out of, so we go there fairly regularly. Ordering through the app and doing curbside pickup is a breeze and beats the shite out of sitting in their slow drive through line. I seriously don't get people raving about the efficiency of their drive through, but that's neither her nor there.

Their app is the best in the business. Back when I was working in the office, there was a CFA across the street. Place my breakfast order from the parking deck, hit the I'm here button about a block away, walk in and never wait more than a minute or so. Same thing when I ordered lunch. Tell them I'm here as I get on the elevator in my building, and by the time I get out and walk across the street, it's pretty much ready, even when there are two dozen people in line and several waiting off to the side for their orders.
Also curbside is great. But even when I go through the drive-thru, the amount of cars they can move through there, even with double lanes, is pretty amazing. When you go to McDonald's there could be 3 cars ahead of you and take just as long as 20 cars at a CFA.
And I sort of agree with you on the actual biscuits. It is just a vehicle for good fillings. Actual biscuits are better at McDonald's, BK, and several other places. But the bacon egg and cheese and their chicken filets are so good I still prefer them for breakfast over most places, except for Krystal, which has the best breakfast.
